By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

-By applying to the program, you agree to provide accurate information.

- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you agree to:

- Promote The Handy products in a fair, honest, and ethical way.

- Only use marketing materials that we provide or approve.

3. Prohibited Activities: You may not:

- Bid on our brand name keywords (or variations/misspellings) in search ads such as

the handy / handy masturbator / handy 2 / handy sex toy / handy toy / handy vr / the hansy masturbator / the handy stroker / the handy automatic stroker / the handy masturbador / oh / the oh / sweet tech handy / ohdoki handy / ohdoki / handy 1.1 / handy 1 / the handy us socket

Or any Keywords containing handy and its misspelling.

- Use our brand name in your ad copy, display URLs, or domain names.

- Send spam emails or unsolicited messages.

- Post on coupon/deal sites

- Use fake traffic, bots, click farms, or incentivized clicks.

- Pretend to be The Handy or mislead customers.

Sales generated from these activities will not earn commissions.

4. Commission & Payments

You earn 15% up to 20% commission in all transactions and products in our store on valid sales referred through your affiliate link.

- A sale is valid if it is paid in full, not refunded, canceled, or fraudulent.

- Commissions are paid out net45 via PayPal, if bank transfer please provide bank details to your affiliate manager once you reach a minimum balance of $100.

5. Tracking & Cookies

- We use cookies to track sales. The default cookie length is 60 days.

- If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, we use last-click attribution (the most recent valid affiliate gets credit).

6. Use of Brand Assets

- You may only use logos, banners, and creatives provided by us.

- You may not edit, alter, or create misleading variations of our brand.

7. Termination

- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breaking these rules or harming our brand.

- Commissions from prohibited activities will not be paid.

8. Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

- Continued participation in the program means you accept the updated terms.
